Bankman-Fried is not Considered the ‘Representative of Cryptocurrency’ in Washington DC: Uninteresting

Perianne Boring, the creator and leader of the Chamber of Digital Commerce trade association, expresses concerns about the commotion surrounding Sam Bankman-Fried’s FTX, stating that it heightens the possibility of “overstepping” by regulatory authorities monitoring the cryptocurrency sector. “I believe it certainly stirs up the doubt that we face from regulators and lawmakers. However, there is a whole community of individuals on the field in Washington enlightening policymakers about this sector. He (Bankman-Fried) does not symbolize the sector in Washington and he never did,” Boring shares in a conversation with “Bloomberg Crypto.”
