Starbucks, the worldwide coffee powerhouse, recently initiated legal action against its labor union, Starbucks Workers United, following the removal of a message expressing solidarity with Palestinians which inadvertently sparked confusion. Google also became embroiled in the controversy when numerous employees circulated a petition expressing apprehensions about a public letter from CEO Sundar Pichai that they construed as favoring Israel.

More than 150 corporations, including Microsoft, Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan Chase, Verizon, and Tesla, have released declarations condemning the initial assault by Hamas, displaying significant support for Israel. However, some of these declarations have faced rebuke from advocates who argue that they fail to express empathy for the suffering and oppression endured by Palestinian civilians.
