El-Erian Is ‘Worried’ About Booming Services Inflation

Mohamed El-Erian, chief economic adviser at Allianz and Bloomberg Opinion columnist, says he is “less optimistic” about the path of inflation due to the rise in services costs seen in January jobs report. “Services are booming — when I look at that, I worry a little bit that we may be too optimistic about the path for future inflation,” he says on “Blomberg The Open.”
